So can tech be a force for good in the hiring process ?
I talk to the CEO of a startup who make the argument for it.
Shiran’s background is in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and holds Ph.D. in People Analytics. She has worked with brands like Nike, Kuehne + Nagel, and Forter, where she focused on building interview and assessment processes that emphasized fairness and accuracy.
Her startup Informed Decisions is “dedicated to mitigating interview bias, offering interviewers data-driven feedback to foster more diverse and qualified hiring decisions.”
Anyway it’s another great conversation and I’d welcome peoples feedback. I have so many episodes to edit down at the moment but trying to keep the content to the point when you get as excited as me is hard.
